Shipping
Orders are shipped from Japan within 1–2 business days. International orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS or DHL. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
Unopened and unused items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To request a return or exchange, please contact your local distributor or our Customer Care team by email. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
